Italian Rigatoni Al Forno

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, but subtract 2 minutes from the cooking time. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.

Add the zucchini and bell peppers to the pan and cook until soft.
