  • jar of ricotta (250 grams)
  • 12 lasagna sheets
  • 200 grams of grated cheese
  •  Olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Zubereitung

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Slice the zucchinis into thin slices and chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
  3. 3 Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  4. 4 Add the zucchini and sauté for a few minutes.
  5. 5 Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. 6 Season with salt and pepper.
  7. 7 Start with a layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place a layer of lasagna sheets on top, then a layer of ricotta, and then another layer of sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used up, but end with a layer of sauce.
  8. 8 Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of the lasagna.
  9. 9 Bake the lasagna in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the top is nicely golden brown.
