1 vanilla bean

4 gelatin leaves

Grind the nuts and dates in a food processor until sticky.

Line a springform pan with parchment paper and spread the nut mixture over the base. Press down firmly and refrigerate.

Mix the quark, honey, and the seeds from the vanilla bean in a bowl.
