200 grams whole wheat biscuits

200 grams Greek yogurt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Crumble the whole wheat biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Spread this mixture over the bottom of a springform pan and press firmly.

In another bowl, mix the quark, Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, lemon zest, and juice. This will be the filling of your cheesecake.

Mix the blueberries with the cornstarch and fold into the quark mixture.
