These amazing stuffed peppers are a colorful and nutritious dish that is both delicious and healthy. 4 large red bell peppers

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon chili flakes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Rinse the peppers and cut off the tops. Remove the seeds and white parts inside.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
