Apple Cinnamon Oat Crumble
This dessert is a delicious, healthy twist on the traditional apple crumble. It's packed with nutritious ingredients like oats, cinnamon, nuts, and of course fresh apples. A perfect ending to any meal, or even a sweet start to your day!
Ingredients

4 medium apples

200 grams oats

50 grams brown sugar

50 grams unsalted butter

2 teaspoons cinnamon

50 grams mixed nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts)

Pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.

Place the apple pieces in a baking dish and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, butter, remaining cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Use your hands to mix everything well and form a crumbly dough.

Evenly distribute the oat mixture over the apples.

Roughly chop the nuts and sprinkle them over the crumble.

Bake the crumble for 25-30 minutes in the oven, until the top is golden brown and the apples are soft. Don't worry if it takes a little longer, every oven is different!

Serve the crumble warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of yogurt. Enjoy!
