Ingredients

  • 200 grams of thickly sliced tofu
  • 200 grams of noodles
  • red bell pepper
  • zucchini
  •  Handful of sugar snaps
  •  For the peanut sauce:
  • tablespoons of peanut butter
  • teaspoon of soy sauce
  • teaspoons of maple syrup
  • clove of garlic
  •  Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2 Cut the tofu into cubes and fry them until golden brown in a large pan.
