Baked Cod with Creamy Broccoli and New Potatoes

400 g new potatoes

1 large broccoli

200 ml cooking cream

2 cloves of garlic

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Bring a medium-sized pan of water to a boil and add the new potatoes. Cook for about 15 minutes until tender.

Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and add them to the pan for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

Place the cod fillets in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the fish flakes easily.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic until golden brown.

Add the cooking cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.

Drain the potatoes and broccoli and add them to the creamy sauce. Mix everything well and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
