  • cod fillets
  • 400 g new potatoes
  • large broccoli
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • cloves of garlic
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Olive oil
  •  Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 2 Bring a medium-sized pan of water to a boil and add the new potatoes. Cook for about 15 minutes until tender.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and add them to the pan for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
  4. 4 Place the cod fillets in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the fish flakes easily.
  5. 5 Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic until golden brown.
  6. 6 Add the cooking cream and let it simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
  7. 7 Drain the potatoes and broccoli and add them to the creamy sauce. Mix everything well and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
