  • cloves of garlic
  • 500 grams potatoes
  • bay leaves
  • teaspoon rosemary
  • teaspoon thyme
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • liter beef broth
  • 100 ml red wine
  • tablespoons butter
