Ingredients

  • 500 grams of beef stew meat
  • large sweet potatoes
  • 200 grams of green peas (frozen)
  • large onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • liter of beef broth
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Cut the beef stew meat into cubes and season with salt and pepper
  2. 2 Heat the olive oil in a large pan and brown the meat on all sides
  3. 3 Peel and chop the onion and garlic, add to the pan, cook until translucent
  4. 4 Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes. Add to the pan
  5. 5 Add the beef broth and bring to a boil
  6. 6 Reduce the heat, cover the pan and let simmer for 2 hours
  7. 7 Add the green peas and simmer for another 15 minutes
  8. 8 Taste and add extra salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy, you have just prepared a fantastic dinner!
