Beef Stew with Sweet Potato and Green Peas
A delicious, hearty and nutritious beef stew with sweet potato and green peas. Perfect for a cold winter evening. The meat is wonderfully tender and the vegetables give the dish a sweet and fresh touch. No stress, we'll do this step by step!
Ingredients

500 grams of beef stew meat

2 large sweet potatoes

200 grams of green peas (frozen)

1 large onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 liter of beef broth

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

Cut the beef stew meat into cubes and season with salt and pepper

Heat the olive oil in a large pan and brown the meat on all sides

Peel and chop the onion and garlic, add to the pan, cook until translucent

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into cubes. Add to the pan

Add the beef broth and bring to a boil

Reduce the heat, cover the pan and let simmer for 2 hours

Add the green peas and simmer for another 15 minutes
