Blissful Salmon Pasta with Lemon and Dill

400 grams whole wheat spaghetti

4 salmon fillets (about 500 grams)

2 lemons

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 bunch dill, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Parmesan cheese for topping

Cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the salmon fillets on both sides until done. Season the salmon with a little salt and pepper.

Remove the salmon from the pan and add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Let this cook for a few minutes until the garlic is golden brown.

Reduce heat and add the lemon juice and half of the dill to the pan. Stir this into the garlic oil.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix it well with the lemon-dill sauce.

Divide the pasta among 4 plates, place a salmon fillet on top and sprinkle with the remaining dill and some Parmesan cheese. Voilà, your blissful salmon pasta is ready! Enjoy!
