Ingredients

  • 400 grams whole wheat spaghetti
  • salmon fillets (about 500 grams)
  • lemons
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • cloves garlic, minced
  • bunch dill, chopped
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the whole wheat spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the salmon fillets on both sides until done. Season the salmon with a little salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Remove the salmon from the pan and add the remaining olive oil and minced garlic. Let this cook for a few minutes until the garlic is golden brown.
  4. 4 Reduce heat and add the lemon juice and half of the dill to the pan. Stir this into the garlic oil.
  5. 5 Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix it well with the lemon-dill sauce.
  6. 6 Divide the pasta among 4 plates, place a salmon fillet on top and sprinkle with the remaining dill and some Parmesan cheese. Voilà, your blissful salmon pasta is ready! Enjoy!
