  • zucchinis
  • red bell peppers
  • lemon
  • 200 ml crème fraîche
  • cloves of garlic
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. 2 Cut the zucchinis and bell peppers into cubes and spread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
