  • ripe mangoes
  • ripe avocados
  • red onion
  • bunch of fresh cilantro
  •  juice of 2 limes
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and lightly brush them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
