Chef's Special: Grilled Salmon with Mango-Avocado Salsa

4 salmon fillets

2 ripe mangoes

2 ripe avocados

1 red onion

1 bunch of fresh cilantro

juice of 2 limes

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and lightly brush them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Grill the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Let them rest for a bit.

Meanwhile, dice the mango, avocado, and red onion into small cubes and mix them in a bowl.
