  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • bunch of broccoli, cut into florets
  • red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2 Toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Spread the fries evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven, or until golden brown and crispy.
