Chef's Special: Marinated Steak with Grilled Vegetables and Sweet Potato Puree

4 sweet potatoes

2 zucchinis

4 sprigs of fresh rosemary

Start by marinating the steaks. Mix olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika powder in a bowl. Place the steaks in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes. Place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast for about 30 minutes in the oven.

Meanwhile, cut the bell peppers and zucchinis into pieces and grill them in a hot grill pan until nicely charred.

Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven when they are cooked and mash them with a masher. Add a little olive oil to make the puree creamy.

Remove the steaks from the marinade and grill them over high heat in a grill pan. Let them rest under aluminum foil.
