Instructions

  1. 1 Start by marinating the steaks. Mix olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika powder in a bowl. Place the steaks in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes. Place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast for about 30 minutes in the oven.
