Chef's Special: Roasted salmon with green asparagus and quinoa

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
