Chef's Special Salmon Teriyaki with Sesame Broccoli and Ramen
An Asian delight of juicy salmon bathed in sweet teriyaki sauce, atop noodle soup with a crispy twist of sesame broccoli. This hearty dish is packed with flavor and healthy ingredients, perfect for a cozy dinner with family or friends.

4 salmon fillets

4 cups broccoli florets

200 g ramen noodles

4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 liter vegetable broth

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the salmon fillets until golden brown on both sides.

Heat the teriyaki sauce in a separate pan and pour it over the salmon fillets. Let them simmer for a few more minutes.

Cook the ramen noodles according to the instructions on the package.
