  •  The juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter
  •  Olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2 Season the seabass fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin side down in the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the skin is crispy. Then flip them over and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove them from the pan and keep warm.
  3. 3 Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
