Chef's Special: Seabass with Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce and Steamed Asparagus
This is a simple, yet very flavorful dish that you can whip up in no time. The seabass is deliciously crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Combined with a light butter sauce with lemon and garlic, and fresh steamed asparagus, this is a real treat.
Ingredients
-
4 seabass fillets
-
1 bunch of fresh asparagus
-
The juice and zest of 1 lemon
-
2 cloves of garlic
-
100 grams of unsalted butter
-
Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
-
1
Heat a little olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the seabass fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin side down in the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the skin is crispy. Then flip them over and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove them from the pan and keep warm.
