  • can coconut milk
  • 200 grams green beans, halved
  • red bell pepper, diced
  • zucchini, diced
  • tablespoon fish sauce
  • tablespoon brown sugar
  •  fresh coriander, for garnish
  •  cooked jasmine rice, for serving
