Chef's Special: Thai Red Curry with Shrimp and Vegetables
A deliciously tempting dish that will transport you straight to the streets of Bangkok! This Thai red curry is packed with tropical flavors and is also healthy. No stress! It may seem complicated, but it's surprisingly easy to make. And who knows? This could become your new favorite dish!
Ingredients

400 grams shrimp

2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste

1 can coconut milk

200 grams green beans, halved

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 zucchini, diced

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

fresh coriander, for garnish

cooked jasmine rice, for serving

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the curry paste and cook for about 1 minute until the aromas are released. This adds extra flavor!

Add the coconut milk to the pan and stir well.

Add the shrimp, green beans, bell pepper, and zucchini. Let simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked and the vegetables are tender.

Add the fish sauce and brown sugar, and stir well.
