Chicken Breast in Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken breasts until golden brown. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic until soft.
