  • 12 lasagna sheets

  • 500 grams ricotta cheese
  • large tomatoes

  • 350 ml tomato sauce
  • 100 grams grated mozzarella
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Slice the onion, garlic, and tomatoes into thin slices.
  3. 3 Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  4. 4 Add the spinach and cook until wilted. This will enhance the flavor.
