Creamy Spinach Lasagna

1 kg fresh spinach

500 grams ricotta cheese

2 large tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1 onion

2 tablespoons olive oil

350 ml tomato sauce

100 grams grated mozzarella

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Slice the onion, garlic, and tomatoes into thin slices.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.

Add the spinach and cook until wilted. This will enhance the flavor.

Add the ricotta, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper and stir well.
