Crispy Apple Muesli Bars
These crispy apple muesli bars are the perfect healthy snack! They are easy to make, high in fiber, and the sweet apple flavor is irresistible. Make them on the weekend to enjoy all week long.

2 apples

60 grams raisins

50 grams honey

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Grate the apples and squeeze out the excess moisture. This prevents your bars from becoming too moist.

In a bowl, mix the muesli, oats, grated apple, raisins, honey, cinnamon, and salt.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture in it. Press firmly with the back of a spoon.
