  • 200 g whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • eggs
  • tbsp olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  For the sauce:
  • tbsp Dijon mustard
  • tbsp honey
  • tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • clove of garlic, minced
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2 Beat the eggs in a shallow dish. In another dish, mix the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Dip each chicken breast first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Make sure the chicken is fully coated. Place the chicken breasts on the baking sheet.
