Ingredients

  • large whole wheat wraps
  • package (approx. 300g) ready-made falafel balls
  • ripe avocados, sliced
  • cucumber, grated
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 250 g Greek yogurt
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  •  A handful of fresh mint, finely chopped
  •  Olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat the falafel according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2 While the falafel is heating, make the tzatziki. Mix the grated cucumber, garlic, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and mint in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. 3 Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the wraps on both sides.
