Crispy Falafel Wrap with Avocado and Tzatziki
These delicious falafel wraps are packed with nutritious ingredients and lots of flavor. They are easy to make, and a delightful vegetarian choice for lunch or dinner. Plus, with the fresh tzatziki and creamy avocado, you won't miss a thing in this meatless meal.
Ingredients

8 large whole wheat wraps

1 package (approx. 300g) ready-made falafel balls

2 ripe avocados, sliced

1 cucumber, grated

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

250 g Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

A handful of fresh mint, finely chopped

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the falafel according to the instructions on the package.

While the falafel is heating, make the tzatziki. Mix the grated cucumber, garlic, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and mint in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the wraps on both sides.

Spread the tzatziki over the wraps. Place the falafel and avocado slices on top. Roll up the wraps and serve immediately. Enjoy, this will be a treat!
