Crispy Sweet Potato Fries

Look at that, homemade fries but healthier! These sweet potato fries are crispy, flavorful and super easy to make. Perfect as a snack, side dish or main meal with a delicious dip. That's all good!

  • large sweet potatoes
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries. Don't stress if they're not all the same size, that actually adds extra crispiness!
  3. 3 Place the fries in a large bowl, add the olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder and paprika. Mix everything well.
  4. 4 Place the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they're not touching each other, this will give them a crispy crust.
  5. 5 Bake the fries in the oven for about 30 minutes, turning them halfway through. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  6. 6 Remove the fries from the oven when they are golden brown and crispy. Let them cool slightly before serving.
