Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
Look at that, homemade fries but healthier! These sweet potato fries are crispy, flavorful and super easy to make. Perfect as a snack, side dish or main meal with a delicious dip. That's all good!

2 large sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries. Don't stress if they're not all the same size, that actually adds extra crispiness!

Place the fries in a large bowl, add the olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder and paprika. Mix everything well.

Place the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they're not touching each other, this will give them a crispy crust.

Bake the fries in the oven for about 30 minutes, turning them halfway through. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

Remove the fries from the oven when they are golden brown and crispy. Let them cool slightly before serving.
