Crispy Sweet Potato Fries with Homemade Guacamole
These crispy sweet potato fries are delicious, healthy, and super easy to make. They are the perfect snack for a cozy evening on the couch or as a side dish to your favorite main course. In addition, we make a creamy homemade guacamole for an extra flavor sensation. No stress, with this recipe you can quickly put something tasty on the table!

3 medium sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika powder

2 ripe avocados

1 small red onion

1 tomato

1 lime

Fresh coriander

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries.

Put the fries in a large bowl, add the oil, salt, and paprika and mix well. Make sure each fry is well coated with the oil and spices.

Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

While the fries are in the oven, make the guacamole. Peel the avocados and mash them in a bowl.

Cut the onion and tomato into small pieces and add them to the avocado.

Squeeze the lime juice over the avocado mixture, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and stir well.
