Ingredients

  • turkey fillets
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • onion, finely chopped
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • tablespoon olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  •  For the cranberry sauce:
  • 400 grams fresh cranberries
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 120 ml orange juice
  • tablespoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. 2 Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.

  4. 4 Flatten the turkey fillets and spread the spinach mixture over them. Roll up the turkey fillets and secure them with toothpicks.
