  • 500 ml milk (or alternative)
  • tsp baking powder
  •  Pinch of salt
  • 200 g mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • tbsp honey
  •  Oil or butter for frying

Instructions

  1. 1 In a large bowl, mix the buckwheat flour, eggs, milk, baking powder, and salt until smooth batter forms.
  2. 2 Heat a little oil or butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3 Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until all batter is used.
  4. 4 While the pancakes are cooking, put the berries in a small pan with the honey and heat over low heat. Stir regularly until the berries are soft and form a compote.
