This delicious Chicken Caesar Salad is a healthy and nutritious lunch option. It is also incredibly tasty and easy to prepare. This version of the classic recipe includes grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, and homemade Caesar dressing. Perfect for a light but filling lunch!

100 grams of Parmesan cheese

8 anchovy fillets

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill until cooked through. Let them rest for a bit and then slice them thinly.
