1. Thoroughly wash the spinach and apple.

2. Peel the bananas and apple, and cut them into pieces. Don't stress, they don't have to be perfect! This will make blending easier later on.

3. Place the bananas, apple, spinach, almond milk, and chia seeds in the blender.

4. Blend everything until smooth. If it's too thick, add a little more almond milk.
