Delicious Honey Cinnamon Apple Tarte Tatin

1 sheet puff pastry

100 g unsalted butter

3 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

A pinch of sea salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into wedges.

Melt the butter in an ovenproof pan over medium-high heat.

Add the honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt to the melted butter, stir well.

Add the apple wedges, making sure they are well coated with the honey-butter mixture.

Place the puff pastry over the apples and tuck the edges in around the apples.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and crispy.
