  • onion
  • cloves of garlic
  • jar of tomato sauce (400 grams)
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • lasagna sheets
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2 Slice the zucchinis into thin slices and finely chop the onion and garlic.
  3. 3 Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the zucchini, onion, and garlic for a few minutes until soft.
  4. 4 Add the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5 Grease a baking dish and cover the bottom with a layer of zucchini-tomato sauce.
