Ingredients

  • 200 grams whole wheat spaghetti
  • zucchini, diced
  • red bell pepper, diced
  • onion, finely chopped
  • cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
  • tablespoon olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  2. 2 Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3 Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until translucent. This will add extra flavor!
  4. 4 Add the zucchini and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5 Add the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.
