Easy Veggie Spaghetti

200 grams whole wheat spaghetti

1 zucchini, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

400 grams canned diced tomatoes

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until translucent. This will add extra flavor!

Add the zucchini and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.
