Enchanting Basil Pesto Sauce

60 grams grated Parmesan cheese

125 ml extra virgin olive oil

Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Be careful not to burn them!

Place the basil, toasted pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add the Parmesan cheese and blend again. While the food processor is running, slowly pour in the olive oil. Continue blending until you have a smooth, creamy pesto.
