  • cloves of garlic
  • 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 125 ml extra virgin olive oil
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown. Be careful not to burn them!
