Energetic Spinach and Feta Omelette
Start your day with this protein-rich breakfast that is also packed with vitamins. This delicious spinach and feta omelette is super easy to make and guaranteed to be a hit with the whole family!
Ingredients

8 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

200 grams fresh spinach

150 grams feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions

Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.

Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Spinach wilts very quickly!

Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the pan and sprinkle the feta cheese on top. Cover the pan and let the egg set. This will take about 5-7 minutes.

Once the egg is fully set, you can cut the omelette into four pieces and serve. Enjoy!
