  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • cloves of garlic

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. 2 Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a skillet with the olive oil until they are translucent and soft.
  3. 3 Add the spinach and let it wilt, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4 Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a large bowl. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it into the egg mixture.
  5. 5 Add the spinach mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.
  6. 6 Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven. Check with a toothpick if the center of the frittata is cooked, the toothpick should come out clean.
