Fantastic Frittata with Spinach and Feta
This super flavorful frittata is not only delicious, but also very easy to make. It is a rich source of protein and packed with nutritious vegetables. Perfect to get you through the afternoon!
Ingredients

200 grams fresh spinach

200 grams feta cheese

2 cloves of garlic

1 onion

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a skillet with the olive oil until they are translucent and soft.

Add the spinach and let it wilt, then add salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a large bowl. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it into the egg mixture.

Add the spinach mixture to the egg mixture and stir well.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven. Check with a toothpick if the center of the frittata is cooked, the toothpick should come out clean.
