Ingredients

  • 500 grams of fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, mango, raspberries)
  • tablespoons of honey
  • tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • tablespoons of water

Instructions

  1. 1 1. Wash and cut the fruit into small pieces.
  2. 2 2. Place the fruit, honey, lemon juice, and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. 3 3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
  4. 4 4. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes with a fork, for about 3 hours, until completely frozen.
  5. 5 5. Remove from the freezer just before serving and scoop out beautiful sorbet balls with a spoon.
