Fresh Fruit Sorbet
Craving a refreshing dessert that is both light and delicious? Then try our Fresh Fruit Sorbet! It is easy to make and only contains natural sugars. This is a great recipe to have fun experimenting with different types of fruit. No stress, it will all turn out great!
Ingredients

500 grams of fresh fruit (e.g. strawberries, mango, raspberries)

3 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons of water
Instructions

1. Wash and cut the fruit into small pieces.

2. Place the fruit, honey, lemon juice, and water in a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.

4. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes with a fork, for about 3 hours, until completely frozen.

5. Remove from the freezer just before serving and scoop out beautiful sorbet balls with a spoon.
