  • 500 grams fresh strawberries
  • 200 grams ladyfingers
  • 250 grams mascarpone
  • eggs
  • 50 grams sugar
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  •  Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. 1 Wash the strawberries and slice them.
  2. 2 Separate the eggs. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. 3 Add the mascarpone and vanilla extract to the egg yolk mixture. Mix well.
  4. 4 Whip the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold this into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. 5 Place a layer of ladyfingers on the bottom of a dish. Top with a layer of the mascarpone mixture and then a layer of strawberries.
  6. 6 Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of mascarpone mixture.
