Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • cucumber, diced
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams pitted black olives
  • 200 grams feta cheese, diced
  • teaspoon oregano
  • tablespoons olive oil
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  •  For the tzatziki:
  • 200 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • cloves garlic, minced
  • tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  •  juice of 1/2 lemon
  •  salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Let it rest for a few minutes.
