Fresh Greek Salad with Grilled Chicken and Tzatziki
This light but filling Greek salad with juicy grilled chicken, crunchy cucumber, sweet cherry tomatoes, and creamy tzatziki will surprise your taste buds and give you energy for the rest of the day. Ideal for a healthy lunch!

4 chicken breasts

1 cucumber, diced

200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved

1 red onion, thinly sliced

100 grams pitted black olives

200 grams feta cheese, diced

1 teaspoon oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil

For the tzatziki:

200 grams Greek yogurt

1/2 cucumber, grated and drained

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

juice of 1/2 lemon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill the chicken until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Let it rest for a few minutes.
