Ingredients

  • head of romaine lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
  • large tomatoes, diced
  • cucumber, diced
  • red onion, thinly sliced
  • 200 grams of halloumi cheese, sliced
  • handful of black olives
  •  For the dressing:
  •  Juice of 1 lemon
  • tablespoons of olive oil
  • teaspoon of oregano
  •  Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
