Fresh Mango and Coconut Chia Pudding
This delicious and nutritious chia pudding is easy to prepare and perfect as a healthy dessert. The combination of mango, coconut milk, and chia seeds gives an exotic touch to your meal. Tasty, healthy, and it looks fantastic!

400 ml coconut milk

4 tablespoons chia seeds

2 fresh mangoes

2 tablespoons honey

4 tablespoons shredded coconut

1. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk and chia seeds together. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour (or overnight if you have the time).

2. Peel and dice the mangoes.

3. Once the chia pudding is ready, divide it into four glasses or bowls.

4. Add the mango cubes on top of the pudding.
