Fresh Spring Pasta with Smoked Salmon and Dill
This delicious and fresh pasta is quick to make and full of flavor! The soft smoked salmon is perfectly combined with a hint of lemon and fresh dill. A perfect dish to celebrate spring!
Ingredients

200 grams whole wheat spaghetti

200 grams smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, minced

200 grams fresh peas (frozen works too)

A handful of fresh dill, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package and add the peas in the last 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Add the lemon juice and zest to the pan and stir well.

Drain the spaghetti and peas and add them to the pan. Mix well so that all the spaghetti is coated with the lemon-oil mixture.

Add the smoked salmon and dill and gently mix, making sure the salmon does not fall apart. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the pasta with an extra sprig of dill for presentation. Enjoy!
