500 grams fresh strawberries
250 grams mascarpone
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
200 grams ladyfingers
1 glass orange juice

Instructions
1Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites stiff in a bowl.
2In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy.
3Add the mascarpone to the egg yolk mixture and beat everything together.
4Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them.
5Dip the ladyfingers in the orange juice and place them on the bottom of a dish.
6Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
7Place half of the strawberries on top of the mascarpone mixture.
8Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
9Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
10Before serving, decorate the tiramisu with a few extra strawberries. It will be perfect!
