  • 500 grams fresh strawberries
  • 250 grams mascarpone
  • eggs
  • tablespoons sugar
  • 200 grams ladyfingers
  • glass orange juice

Instructions

  1. 1 Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites stiff in a bowl.
  2. 2 In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy.
  3. 3 Add the mascarpone to the egg yolk mixture and beat everything together.
  4. 4 Rinse the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them.
  5. 5 Dip the ladyfingers in the orange juice and place them on the bottom of a dish.
  6. 6 Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. 7 Place half of the strawberries on top of the mascarpone mixture.
  8. 8 Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  9. 9 Chill the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  10. 10 Before serving, decorate the tiramisu with a few extra strawberries. It will be perfect!
