  • 800 grams sweet potatoes
  • 400 grams fresh spinach
  • red onions

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  2. 2 Cook the sweet potatoes in a large pan with water and a little salt for about 15 minutes until tender.
