Ingredients

  • 200 grams basmati rice
  • 300 grams raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 200 grams snow peas
  • cloves of garlic, minced
  • medium onion, diced
  • tablespoons soy sauce
  • tablespoon olive oil
  •  salt and pepper to taste
  • spring onions, thinly sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool.
  2. 2 Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
