Fried Rice with Shrimp and Snow Peas
This is a delicious and healthy version of the popular Asian classic: fried rice. Packed with shrimp, snow peas, and a touch of soy sauce, this dish is perfect for a weekday dinner. And best of all, it's super quick and easy to make. No stress, you can do this!
Ingredients

200 grams basmati rice

300 grams raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned

200 grams snow peas

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 medium onion, diced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

2 spring onions, thinly sliced for garnish
Instructions

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until soft.

Add the shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.

Add the snow peas and cook for a few more minutes.
