Fruit yoghurt parfait

500 ml low-fat Greek yogurt

2 bananas

200 grams mixed red fruit (fresh or frozen)

4 tablespoons honey

50 grams granola

Peel the bananas and slice them.

Divide half of the yogurt among 4 glasses.

Layer half of the banana slices and red fruit on top of the yogurt.

Divide the remaining yogurt over the fruit.

Layer the rest of the fruit on top of the yogurt.

Sprinkle the granola over the glasses and drizzle with a bit of honey.
