Ingredients

  • 500 ml low-fat Greek yogurt
  • bananas
  • 200 grams mixed red fruit (fresh or frozen)
  • tablespoons honey
  • 50 grams granola

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel the bananas and slice them.
  2. 2 Divide half of the yogurt among 4 glasses.
  3. 3 Layer half of the banana slices and red fruit on top of the yogurt.
  4. 4 Divide the remaining yogurt over the fruit.
  5. 5 Layer the rest of the fruit on top of the yogurt.
  6. 6 Sprinkle the granola over the glasses and drizzle with a bit of honey.
  7. 7 Place the glasses in the refrigerator to chill - ready for a fresh start to your day!
