Fruity Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 cup of oatmeal

2 cups of water or almond milk

1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Put the oatmeal, water or almond milk, and salt in a pan over medium-high heat.

Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat when it starts to bubble and let it simmer gently.

Stir regularly to make sure the oatmeal doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.

Add the blueberries and stir them into the oatmeal. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
