Fruity chia seed pudding with fresh seasonal fruit
This fruity chia seed pudding is a healthy dessert that you can also serve for breakfast. It is deliciously sweet, but without added sugars. The chia seeds provide an interesting texture and deliver numerous important nutrients. You can customize the dessert with your favorite seasonal fruit. Today, we are using fresh strawberries and blueberries, but feel free to experiment. No stress, it can't go wrong!

200 grams fresh strawberries

100 grams fresh blueberries

In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or overnight) to thicken.

Slice the strawberries.
