Greek Chicken with Roasted Potatoes and Tzatziki

For the tzatziki: 250 grams of Greek yogurt, 1 cucumber, 2 cloves of garlic, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Place the potato cubes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Place the chicken breasts among the potatoes and bake everything in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown.

Meanwhile, make the tzatziki: Grate the cucumber, squeeze out the excess liquid and mix with Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
