Grilled Red Pepper and Zucchini Salad with Feta

200 grams feta cheese

1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

2. Slice the peppers and zucchini into thin slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them under the grill until they are soft and lightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.
